You will join Harbor as an Associate Consultant in our Legal Technology + Operations practice in our Chicago office. This will begin as an onsite role with the potential of working hybrid or remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Associate Consultant at Harbor, you will work in teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for our clients. You will respond to client needs with direction and support to ensure a high quality of service and satisfaction. You will also support cross-functional teams and departments working on client engagements and company initiatives.

Working to build strategic recommendations for client deliverables, you will identify key insights and findings across data sets using your critical thinking skills to address problems and offer solutions. You will leverage business writing principles in collaboration with project leadership to produce thorough and accurate written communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree focusing on business, information systems, finance, economics, accounting, or data analytics is preferred.
• Live or willing to relocate to Chicago.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience; professional services firm experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and speak with clients using excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with analytical and quantitative thinking and analysis to problem-solve effectively.
• Exceptional computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft products.
