Our client is a leading Band 2 Litigation practice, with an exceptional reputation for both disputes and trial work. Following a period of significant growth for the practice as well as a number of new client wins, they are looking for a couple of talented and ambitious Commercial Litigation associates from c/o 2022 to augment their impressive bench.
Priding themselves on their mentoring and staff development culture, you will be given responsibility early, involved in taking and defending depositions, as well as engaging in the full litigation cycle.
This is a great opportunity to really get the breadth of experience so often lacking in other BigLaw firms, developing those real world on the job skills rather than bag-carrying for more senior attorneys.
Scale-paying, sophisticated work, and a flexible hybrid model add some gloss to the roles, but the real key is the chance to really get stuck in to the full role as a litigator without being held back by hierarchy.
You will need 2-3 years of experience within a Top50 law firm and have attended a Top25-ranked law school. A good breadth of Commercial Litigation experience is useful, with an acceptance that you are unlikely to have taken or defended depositions - if you have, all the better!
Please note that our client will not consider applicants that do not fulfill the above criteria.
