Role
- An exciting opportunity to gain experience working for a dynamic team
- Working on energy and life sciences / biotech sectors as well as strategic land and the property aspects of corporate transactions.
- Collaborate with the wider real estate department working in the development, fashion, retail, and urban regeneration sectors
- Finding practical, commercial solutions that get deals done.
You
- Will be 1-3 PQE
- Highly motivated and dedicated to delivering excellence in client service
- Good commercial real estate experience including sales, acquisitions, leases, and financing
- Commercial and driven with interest in business development and marketing activities
