You'll play a part in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers while absorbing the wisdom of eight of this team's senior solicitors located in your office, along with the firm's wider commercial offering and expert support staff.

Monotony will be a thing of the past as you work on a diverse range of commercial dispute resolution matters. Your days will vary from handling contractual disputes and breaches (both domestic and international) to managing professional negligence claims and resolving director and shareholder conflicts, in addition to banking litigation and insolvency claims.

To excel in this Associate Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor role, you will have:

• Up to 5 years of experience as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
