Job Title: Chartered Civil Engineer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £70,000 (flexible depending on experience)
Hours of Work: 8:30am – 5pm
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are looking to hire a skilled Chartered Civil Engineer who is eager to manage the technical delivery of their own portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. They will take responsibility for the quality management of commissions and will oversee the commercial performance of projects. This position has opened up as part of our succession planning, and there are opportunities for career progression, potentially leading to a Board-level role based on performance and mutual agreement.

While the role is available immediately, we are open to a flexible start date within the next three to six months.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be confident in working with clients across various sectors and backgrounds. They will maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of post-graduate experience and will already be accustomed to taking responsibility for project design.

Chartered status is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates with similar experience and expertise. The candidate will report directly to the Board.
