What You'll Do Day to Day:

• Listen, identify wants/needs, and determine goals with value creation and unique serving propositions.
• Use clinical reasoning and judgement to set client expectations and agree on a personalised care plan.
• Ensure that clients remain inspired about chiropractic and committed to completing the care plan.
• Deliver high-quality, hands-on chiropractic care with consistent experience for every client.
• Build local relationships and encourage referrals to support the development of your caseload.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
• Contribute to your team by collaborating on content for the website and social channels.
• Cover teammates when required.
