Associate Architect required to join one of Manchester's most well-respected and forward-thinking Architectural practices and work on an exciting mixture of Education-sector projects, taking a lead role within the studio.
This reputable firm of Architects has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has continued to expand and diversify their business across a wide range of project types including: Schools, colleges, and various Education schemes. Typical projects include offices, leisure facilities, care homes, private housing, and volume residential developments.
The Education-sector team is spearheaded by a very talented individual looking for support on a managerial level, allowing them to concentrate on business development and similar responsibilities. There is scope for this role to develop into a Senior-Associate or Associate Director level role in a short space of time.
The offices are situated in a very well-connected part of Manchester, with easy access to the city centre and main motorways (M6, M56). On-site parking is available for all staff, accompanied by an excellent benefits package and enviable company culture.
The role is best suited to an experienced Architect with a minimum of 8 years practical experience, preferably working with a UK-based practice/developer. A competitive salary is on offer between £48,000-£55,000 for a suitable Associate Architect candidate. More experienced Architects are welcome to get in touch to discuss salary expectations.
