Job description

Anderselite are working closely with a client that is looking for an Associate Architect to join their team for a long-term career-driven role.

You will be:

  1. Looking for a long-term role working as part of a team and/or managing a team and project across all RIBA Stages.
  2. Preparing concept, planning drawings, working drawings, building regulations and specifications.
  3. Managing client/business relationships and all contractor arrangements.
  4. Visiting sites periodically, attending project meetings and observing construction progress when and where required.
  5. Supervising and managing team members.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Part III qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years UK-based professional experience.
  2. ARB registered.
  3. A personality to become an integral part of our wider team.
  4. Must be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the construction stages and experience in the delivery of projects.
  5. Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Revit would be highly advantageous.
  6. Be located close or looking to relocate within a 45-minute commute of the office.

The Client
Their impressive and open-plan studio office is in Chichester, with a large public car park a few minutes’ walk away. They have secure bicycle parking with onsite showers and are just 5 minutes’ walk from both the bus and train stations.
