This award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice, based in the Oxfordshire countryside, has an Associate Architect job available to take a leading role in their residential team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects, including bespoke one-off homes, high-end conservation schemes, and small-scale developments. This would suit an Associate or Senior Architect looking to develop their career working on high quality projects.
Based in the Oxfordshire countryside, the practice focuses on a mix of residential and conservation projects. They are now seeking a Senior or Associate Architect to join the team and take a lead role in its residential team.
Role & Responsibilities
Working on a residential project
Taking projects across all stages from concept to completion across all RIBA stages
Communicating with clients and developing additional business opportunities
Offering guidance and direction to other project members
Overseeing project teams
Using Vectorworks on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Experience
Possess a minimum of 5 years of UK project experience
Experience in working across all RIBA stages
Ability to lead projects and teams
Confident communicator
Residential experience is essential; conservation project experience would be beneficial
Ability to use Vectorworks is beneficial but training will be given
Experience working on traditional building designs.
Due to location, you will require your own transport.
