The firm works with major national clients spanning Rail, Road, Energy, and Transport, providing expert services in land acquisition, temporary access, compulsory purchase, valuation, and strategic property advice.

The Opportunity

As part of a growing and well-respected Infrastructure team, you'll provide strategic advice and hands-on delivery across nationally significant infrastructure schemes. This is a client-facing role requiring strong negotiation skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects and mentor others.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering property advice and land assembly services for major infrastructure schemes.
2. Preparing valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
3. Supporting clients through CPO processes, compensation negotiations, and land access agreements.
4. Developing new client relationships and contributing to business development locally.
5. Leading lease negotiations, site sourcing, and feasibility appraisals.
6. Managing junior surveyors and contributing to internal best-practice processes.
7. Providing guidance on legal, statutory and regulatory matters relevant to infrastructure delivery.

What We're Looking For

1. MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer (preferred).
2. Demonstrable post-qualified experience in infrastructure, rural, or general practice surveying.
3. Experience or interest in CPO and compensation matters - full training provided if needed.
4. Strong commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.
5. A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Willingness to travel across project locations (full driving licence required).
