Associate - AI, Cyber & Privacy 4-7yrs

A prestigious, top-ranked global law firm is seeking a talented Cyber, Privacy & AI associate (4-7 years) to join its highly acclaimed practice. Strategic counseling on compliance, governance, and product development
Litigation, incident response, and regulatory defense against global regulators
M&A, financings, and commercial transactions due diligence
High-profile data breach investigations, ransomware negotiations, and AI-related class actions

Ideal candidates will have:

Hands-on experience advising on state and federal cyber and AI regulations and conducting due diligence in M&A, financings, and commercial transactions
Experience with class action litigation and/or regulatory defense
Experience handling incident response and cyberattack investigations
Familiarity with data-driven technologies (AI/ML, biometrics) and their regulatory frameworks
Knowledge of state privacy laws, HIPAA, SCA, PIPA, CIPA, ECPA, GDPR, GLBA (preferred)
Prior experience responding to data breaches and defending enforcement actions brought by state AGs, FTC, OCR/HHS, SEC, EU regulators (a plus)

Big Law experience strongly preferred
