Associate, Administration & Planning II (Job Grade H)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Administration and Planning II to join our Legal Administration Group (LAG). This role could be based in Manchester, UK or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US – hybrid in office 3 – 4 days a week.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Supports the execution and communication of enterprise data, risk and compliance, and resiliency lifecycles, documents, and processes.
  2. Performs research and conducts data analysis to assist with strategic initiatives.
  3. Collaborates with internal enterprise control functions.
  4. Supports the maintenance of all policies and procedures owned by Legal.
  5. Supports the management, tracking, and reporting of issues.
  6. Supports special projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

  1. Focus on details and accuracy.
  2. Adherence to deadlines.
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Ability to work with multiple technology products outside of the standard Microsoft suite.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve issues.
  6. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  7. Experience in financial services or business partner function.
