As a Global Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be:

1. Contacting our customers, such as other companies and law firms, to ensure payment of past due invoices.

1. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
2. Using problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
3. Processing and handling incoming customer inquiry calls.
4. Generating a specified number of outbound calls to customers.
5. Data entry of client information.
6. Accurate documentation of collection activities.
7. Emailing statements to clients.
8. Educating customers on our services.
9. Meeting monthly targets.

1. Experience in providing excellent customer service.
2. Fluent in French.

7. Strong attention to detail is a must.
8. Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and co-workers.
9. Effective written and oral communication skills.
10. B2B collections or law firm experience is a plus.
11. Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers and employees of all levels within the organization.
12. Self-motivator while actively participating in a team environment.
