Job Description

• Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist (French Fluency):

• Managing a portfolio of accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment
• Conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss accounts and resolve any issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information within the system
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
• Delivering high-quality customer service in both English and French
• Conducting credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients
• Preparing financial reports as required
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the accounts receivable process

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Accounts Receivable Specialist (French Fluency) should have:

• Fluency in French and English
• A solid understanding of accounts receivable principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
