We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Sales team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with members of Snap’s account management and sales teams, and their cross-functional partners, to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients.
  • Assist in the management of campaign performance; reviewing campaign performance, identifying performance trends, and making optimisation recommendations to achieve results.
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).
  • Provide account team stakeholders with intelligence on key accounts; benchmarks, auction trends etc.
  • Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, informing ongoing client education efforts.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analysing datasets, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and developing skills in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies).
  • Experience taking data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories that drive campaign performance.
  • Experience working with clients to understand the brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues facing their business while performing data analysis that deliver both short and long term strategies.
  • A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products.
