Assistant Warehouse Manager – Chelmsford

Noble Recruiting is hiring an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join a friendly, growing company on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday 7 am-5 pm, Tuesday to Friday 8 am-5 pm
Permanent, Full-time | Free Parking | Food & Snacks Provided

The Role:
Supporting the Warehouse Manager, you’ll help oversee day-to-day operations across two warehouse hubs. This is a hands-on role involving team management, order processing, picking & packing, and stock control. You’ll step up in the Manager’s absence and keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Warehouse management/supervisory experience
• Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach)
• Team leadership & a positive, hands-on approach
• Own transport essential (no public transport access)
