What you will be doing:- Third Parties are separate entities that provide goods or services to CLS under contractual arrangements or other business relationships. This includes entities such as vendors, brokers, sellers and agents. CLS can face a wide range of operational and compliance risks through Third Party relationships. To manage these risks, the Third Party Management (TPM) discipline is employed in the procurement of, and management of risks associated with provision of, services to CLS by Third Parties.
- CLS's Third Party Management Governance & MI function team is involved in the end to end process of Third Party Management, with specific responsibility for governance and oversight; systems; documentation; MI and reporting.
- Actively support the execution of the new TPM Target State structure and specifically support the delivery of the Governance & MI pillar.
- Deputize for the Governance & MI Lead when required in governance and business meetings.
- Supports delivery of overall TPM requirements and maintains the supporting documentation to manage enhancements and changes.
- Supports change delivery as identified by relevant parties (e.g., regulatory changes, internal audit findings).
- As part of broader activities, provides oversight of activities and operations across end-to-end TPM processes and performs associated quality assurance over TPMO activities.
- Liaise with Risk SMEs to embed enhancements and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Supports ORM-TPRM in the monitoring of operational compliance to the TPM process.
- Day to day management of quality assurance on data within the inventory and TPM processes.
- Engage with senior business Vendor Relationship Owners (VROs) to ensure their compliance and understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Manage training relevant to the TPM program, including ownership of targeted training to VROs/SOs and business units as required.
- Owns the change management process across the TPM program.
- Supports delivery of reporting on material information and topics across third party risk and procurement.
- Manages TPM-owned technology and systems integration and processes.
What we're looking for:- The successful candidate will have experience in Third Party Risk management within a Financial Services organization.
- Experience in implementation and management of TPM processes is beneficial - experience in TPM change management and governance documentation including Policies and Procedures is essential.
- Requires a confident, energetic and positive individual who can take ownership and own change requirements.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills on third party risk topics.
