Skills and Competencies

Responsibilities
The AVP (Assistant Vice Principal) - Employee Relations role is responsible for effectively and efficiently supporting managers in the resolution and prevention of employee relations issues. The role will provide advice and expertise to management and HR People Team leaders on performance management, employee discipline, investigations, reductions-in-force, involuntary terminations and other ER matters, primarily for the EMEA region, which includes the UK, and currently approximately 20 other countries.
This role may also support the other regions (the Americas (including LATAM and the US), and APAC including India), from time to time, as needed.

The AVP - Employee Relations role reports to the VP - Employee Relations role in EMEA, and is part of the Global Employee Relations Team. The Employee Relations function is the Center of Excellence and primary point of contact for business leaders and People Team leaders on high touch matters relating to performance management, employee discipline, reductions-in-force and other involuntary terminations.
