Assistant Underwriter - Construction

My client, a growing and ambitious MGA, is currently looking for someone to join their team as an Assistant Underwriter.

Salary: up to £50,000
Location: Southend, Essex
Hybrid: Yes

The role is flexible, depending on the profile. For someone keen to progress up the ranks, you will be able to learn, develop, and gain authority to underwrite with time. However, if you'd prefer to continue supporting an administrative function with flexibility on days and hours, that could also work.

You will be supporting a very experienced Senior Underwriter in the UK Construction space who has built an exceptional reputation and will be able to share great market insight and knowledge.

My client is very open-minded and realistic and is also happy to pay well for the right person.
