Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
2. Supporting senior planners in the preparation of planning reports and documents.
3. Conducting research on planning policies, regulations, and relevant legislation.
4. Engaging in site assessments and contributing to planning strategies.
5. Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to provide planning advice.
6. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with planning conditions and regulations.
7. Working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

About You:

1. A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
2. Some previous experience in planning, whether through work placements, internships, or relevant roles.
3. Knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations is desirable but not essential.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
6. A proactive approach with a passion for planning and development.
7. A desire to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.
