Job Description:

To provide support to the Chief Representative of the United Kingdom Office in implementing international relations objectives via the International Office, including effective, efficient, and sustainable operations of the office, management of stakeholder relations, maintaining all types of communication, and assistance with roadmap implementation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Administrative Operations

  • Ensure all administrative operations of the office are conducted to the highest standard, ensuring all reporting procedures and processes delegated by HQ are conducted in a timely manner and adhere to all set deadlines.
  • Manage all types of communication and support with marketing and social media outreach.
  • Assist the full cycle implementation of project-based activities via the International Offices.
  • Support in the organization of all business facilitation platforms, such as seminars, conferences, group discussions, roundtables, forums, and others.
  • Provide assistance to the Chief Representative of the Office when needed.

Information Security

  • Adhere to the information security policies/processes/program and report any security breaches or incidents to direct management.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes, and practices considering ‘international leading practices’ to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Provide critical input to support the development of the Department’s systems, policies, processes, and procedures to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure team members comply with all Department’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to carry out work in a controlled and consistent manner.

Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security, and environmental procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality services.

Reporting

Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately, meeting Dubai requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Others

Other relevant tasks of the job purpose when required.

Monthly Salary: 1,500 - 2,500 USD

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in international business, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.

Minimum Experience and Skills:

1 - 2 years of progressive experience in corporate affairs and external relations in large organizations or businesses.

Must have business awareness and basic knowledge about the local country’s business community.

Fluent in English and local languages (read, spoken, written).

Excellent knowledge of MS applications.

Excellent team skills.
