Assistant Technical Coordinator

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL COORDINATOR, WEST LONDON

Our client, one of the leading developers in the UK, is in search of a capable ASSISTANT TECHNICAL COORDINATOR for their WEST LONDON project. This is a chance to work on a historically acclaimed site, incorporating both new build and refurb elements, whilst retaining the original character. Upon completion, this mixed-use scheme will produce over 1,000 new homes, regenerating the local area.

Reporting to the Senior/Technical Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all technical information
• Supporting Technical Managers when required
• Checking and approving architect's drawings
• Assisting site with day-to-day construction problems
• Preparation and monitoring of technical specifications
• Dealing with RFIs

This role would best suit an existing Technical Coordinator or Assistant/Junior Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. Junior Architects or Technologists with some experience on residential developments across all RIBA stages would also be considered.

The applicant must be technically astute with good knowledge of UK building regulations and possess the ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment.

A salary of £40k-£43k plus travel depending on experience.
