An established industry player in social care is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to join their dynamic Children in Care team. At Buckinghamshire County Council we have an opportunity for high-calibre Assistant Team Manager within our Children in Care team.
Our Children in Care Team is a large, busy service. Consisting of social workers, senior social workers and 16+ social workers, we take a child centred approach when working in partnership with children and their families.
In addition to the salary advertised, you will receive a market premium of £2,750 per annum.
You will work closely and collaboratively with the Team manager to ensure that overall supervision, support and practice of staff meets statutory requirements and provides a safe and effective service.
