MAIN PURPOSE:
As the Assistant Store Manager for our Harrods concession, reporting to the Store Manager, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, motivating the team to maximise profitable sales whilst ensuring all KPIs and guidelines are delivered. To run and operate an efficient store which represents the Moynat brand image and delivers world class customer service.

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management in a luxury, high fashion environment.
Experience in selling RTW / LG.
Passion for fashion and sales.
A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs and experience.
Excellent personal presentation - a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
Strong and demonstrable commercial acumen.
Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to establish a proactive approach in tackling issues and seek to identify and implement solutions.
Ability to effectively and successfully lead and manage a team.
A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage.
