The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to assist in operations, team leadership, and sales growth for a renowned brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
3. Support the Store Manager in training and motivating a team of sales associates to provide top-tier service and achieve performance goals.
4. Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and merchandising.
5. Assist in managing store expenses, maintaining financial records, and ensuring cost control.
6. Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment that meets all health and safety standards.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, contributing to store strategies to remain competitive.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within menswear.
2. Proven ability to support sales growth and meet targets.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to assist in team development.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current menswear trends.
