As an Assistant Spa Manager at Source Spa, you will be responsible for assisting the Spa Manager in all aspects of the spa operations, supporting the team and driving key elements such as marketing & promotions, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training. Along with the Spa Manager, you will play a key role in the Source Spa's brand vision, success and guest expectations.
