A renowned full-service practice in Southport is expanding its well-regarded Private Client team and is looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join them. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, providing a perfect balance between professional growth and personal convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, taxes, estates, and powers of attorney.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the team.
- Handle complex issues involving business, agriculture, and foreign assets.
- Play an integral role in the development and success of the team, acting as the de facto number two in a four-person unit.
