My client, a well-run Contractor, is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a £4 million landmark project. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for helping the delivery of the project, must be an effective communicator, and be able to successfully lead and develop a team.
The desired Manager must have the following:
Controlling all aspects of health and safety on site, your key responsibilities will include programming work schedules and monitoring building progress, ensuring compliance with regulations and cost limitations. You will manage site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permits to work. Your remit will also include logistics planning, plant and labour resources management, as well as progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors. You will ideally have some previous exposure to aviation construction projects.
Profile:
In order to be considered, you must have a strong construction background and have previously worked for a quality contractor. You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering high-profile projects.
