An Assistant Site Manager is urgently required to work for a top 10 developer in London.
This opportunity is to work on a large residential scheme in London working on town houses and apartments.
Ideal candidate
- 3 years’ or more experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
- Degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
- 3 years’ developer or main contractor experience.
- Experience in residential schemes.
- A strong track record as an Assistant Site Manager.
- Projects seen through from inception to completion.
- Having worked on large residential schemes.
- RC frame experience.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractors.
- Health and Safety.
- Responsibility of packages.
- Ensuring all method statements are correct.
- Site managing from start to finish.
