Assistant Site Manager

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Groundworks projects around the Midlands.

Assistant Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful delivery of groundworks projects
• Working alongside the Site Manager to ensure the efficient running of sites
• Supervising on-site construction activities
• Responsible for the management of sub-contractors
• Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times
• Liaising with clients
• Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed

Assistant Site Manager Requirements

• Working towards a related degree is desirable
• NVQ Level 3/4 desirable
• SMSTS desirable but can be provided
• First Aid desirable but can be provided

Assistant Site Manager Benefits

• Salary - 35,000 - 40,000 DOE
