Assistant Site Manager
Assistant Site Manager required for a new build housing project near Bognor.
The site consists of around 100 new build houses and maisonettes left to build, with some at various stages of construction.
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager who has previous new build residential experience and can assist the Site Manager with all aspects of the site. Ideally, a good deal of experience taking properties from 1st and 2nd fix through to completion and handover is required.
This is likely to be a long-term role, which ideally will transition from temporary to permanent in time.
Relevant up-to-date certification is required.
Ideally, candidates should be available to start next week after the Bank Holiday.
