Pear Recruitment - Assistant Sales Manager Barnet

Salary - £22,000 - £26,000 + commission and £3,500 Car & Petrol Allowance

Our client is an award-winning, independent estate agent in North London. The company has a great reputation within their area and due to continued success are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team in Barnet. This is a great career move with a company that promotes hugely from within and is well respected within their area and the industry. Your average day:

  1. Sourcing and winning new business.
  2. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers.
  3. Accompanied viewings with prospective buyers.
  4. Supporting the team.
  5. Carrying out vendor marketing updates as directed.
  6. Negotiating offers.
  7. Sales progression: Liaising with Solicitors and other agents as required; keeping all parties well informed.
  8. Working as a senior member of the Sales team and covering other negotiators if required.
  9. Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.
