Assistant Manager – Drive-thru
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager on a 30-hour contract, 5 days over 7, primarily at one of our Drive-Thru stores in Dunfermline!
What You’ll Do
Your main role will be to support the manager in all aspects of operations of your shop and everything that this entails:
  • Assisting the manager in leading by example and encouraging the team to achieve sales targets whilst providing the customer with a great shopping experience every time.
  • Supporting the manager in monitoring and maximising performance of the team.
  • Participating in various tasks including working on the till, assisting during the lunch-time rush, and delegating tasks amongst the team.
  • Completing morning shifts which include setting up bakery goods, putting away deliveries, counting stock, and preparing salad, as well as late afternoon shifts that involve cleaning and counting stock.
  • Completing compliance tasks to ensure that the shop is running diligently.
  • Handling cash and ordering the shop’s stock to ensure optimum availability.
