Salary: Up to £34,000

Location: Somerset

I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel set with a Michelin star restaurant in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural born leader with a passion for Food & Beverage to join a historic country hotel.

About the position
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the shifts
  • Train and develop the staff’s palate with your knowledge
  • Deliver fantastic service to the guests
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
  • Manage margins and promotions
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager
