Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this small but exclusive group of Hotels in Devon, set in 100 acres of beautiful countryside. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

1. To maintain and improve standards of service and develop the procedures within the Food service operation areas whilst training and developing the team.
2. To work to a fine dining standard within this prestigious group, which should apply to all food & beverage operations, and to ensure that these standards are continuously maintained.

What's required?

1. Previous experience with a 4/5* Hotel.
2. Resilient, creative, able to multitask, and can work under pressure.
3. Ability to lead and develop their team.
4. Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time.
