Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing: New Build and Refurbishment Projects) | Permanent | North London

I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in North London.

The business has been operating for approximately 30 years and specializes in the Social Housing sector. They carry out new build and refurbishment projects between £2m to £10m.

They have a number of ongoing and upcoming projects and are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience, ideally with a track record of working on both new build and refurbishment projects within the social housing/residential sectors.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Degree/HND Qualified
• 2 years plus experience working for a reputable Main Contractor or Developer
• Social Housing/Residential experience is preferable
• Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects is ideal
• Good commercial skills and awareness
• Career-driven and ambitious
• Able to commute to North London on a daily basis
