Job Description
I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in London to work on a new build £25 million residential project which is a mix of flats and houses.
Key Duties:
- Assisting the commercial team on all surveying duties.
- Helping to put together trade packages.
- Assisting with tender returns.
- Helping to put together CVR's and weekly forecasting.
You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site.
Salary and Benefits:
My client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package, including travel and pension. The position is looking to start ASAP, but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
