Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: London

Package: £30,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who after winning a huge amount of work are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team in London.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor would be working on a range of projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime, and Student Accommodation, with values from £1m up to £30m.

Duties

• Work on a range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime, and Student Accommodation.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong understanding / willingness to learn all elements of the construction process.
• Create and follow clearly set-out processes.
• Be methodical, analytical, and organized with an attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Work well under pressure.
• Be personable and an effective team player.
• Be open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.

Requirements

• Experience working for a UK Main Contractor or Developer.
• 2 years+ post Graduate experience.
• Ambition to progress.
