I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, based on-site in Farnham, Surrey, working on a £3m D&B project comprising 21 new build flats and houses.

They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Senior Quantity Surveyor, working on a £3m D&B residential development comprising 21 flats and houses in Farnham, Surrey. Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Degree qualified
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• New build residential project experience
• Good commercial awareness
• Career-driven
• Full UK Driver's Licence
