With 138 staff members and a dedicated 20-person Quantity Surveying team, they provide expert services across residential, commercial, and public sector projects.

This role is ideal for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience, particularly those with a consultancy and residential background. Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Role Overview:

  • Support in cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for projects

  • Conduct valuations, variations, and final account negotiations under supervision
  • Assist with contract administration and risk management
  • Work closely with senior surveyors, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements:

  • BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to progress towards RICS chartership
  • Good tenure in previous roles
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
