Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to bolster their team in Birmingham.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors' role

Joining a vibrant, supportive team of 15 in Birmingham, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will dive into a wide variety of exciting projects across sectors including industrial, residential, student accommodation, hotel, leisure and retail.

Working closely with the Senior Surveyors and a wide array of clients, you'll gain extensive pre and post contract experience and wide industry exposure.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a collaborative and inclusive environment, with structured APC support and long-term progression, with clear pathways in place to support your professional development.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor must have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• 18+ months of relevant QS experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Ideally working towards APC
• An ambitious and client-facing individual
