Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Assist in managing project costs and budgets.
• Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare valuations and final accounts.
• Support in subcontractor procurement and management.
• Produce detailed cost reports and assist in forecasting.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality refurbishments on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential or refurbishment projects.
• Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
