Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a highly respected and well-established specialist subcontractor, known for their 30+ years of experience and strong reputation within Tier 1 contractors. With a steady and healthy pipeline of projects, they are looking to expand their team with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

As an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your duties will involve:

• Working closely with project teams to monitor and manage costs effectively.
• Helping to draft and review tender documentation.
• Supporting the creation of progress updates and financial reports.
• Contributing to project cost estimation and budget planning.
• Taking part in measuring and valuing work completed.
• Assisting with negotiating and formalising agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.

What do you need to apply?

• HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar role ideally within a sub contractor.
• Competent working with Microsoft Office Packages
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
