In line with recent land acquisitions and continued growth, ITS is proud to represent an award-winning residential SME in their search for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their Commercial Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience overseeing multiple live projects, supporting contract administration, and developing essential skills in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong foundation in quantity surveying and are eager to grow within a developer, housebuilder, or main contractor, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the procurement and management of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with budgets and project requirements.
2. Support the production of monthly CVR reports.
3. Conduct on-site measurements and valuations, assisting in contractor payment assessments.
4. Help generate monthly cashflows and valuations.
5. Maintain strong control over change management processes.
6. Build and sustain excellent subcontractor relationships.

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
2. Motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering high-quality developments.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
4. IT literate, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
5. Preferred: Experience using Coins software or a willingness to learn.
