Specialising in delivering bespoke solutions to warehousing & distribution centres, commercial & mixed use schemes, that drive transformative success across all their projects. Services include strategic planning, operational efficiency, technology implementation, and organisational development—ensuring measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Supporting the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and tender documentation.
  • Conducting measurements, valuations, and cost assessments throughout project lifecycles.
  • Assisting in the administration of JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Supporting procurement processes, tender analysis, and subcontractor appointments.
  • Attending project meetings and liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with cost forecasting and risk analysis to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quantity surveying or cost management role (consultancy experience).
  • Understanding of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and measurement software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar).
  • Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract frameworks.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to professional development.
  • Full UK driving licence but not essential.
