A dynamic and expanding Cost Management Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their ambitious team in Manchester.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors’ role

Joining a supportive and close-knit team of 18, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will contribute to a range of Employers’ Agent services, focusing primarily on new build residential projects.

These projects include care homes, high-rise developments, and both supported and affordable housing schemes.

This role offers an excellent pathway for professional growth, with unmatched APC support, direct access to APC assessors, and a proven track record of guiding team members to achieve first-time success.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be a career-focused individual, with an interest in Employers’ Agent focused projects.

1. BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
2. Currently completing APC
3. Previous Employers’ Agent experience is beneficial but not essential
4. Project experience within the residential sector
5. UK consultancy experience
