A leading national Sub-Contractor with a 43M turnover that provide specialist roofing, cladding and facades work for major build projects in the commercial, rail, airports and sports entertainment sector.
As their Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside household names in construction like MACE, Skanska, Multiplex and Laing O'Rourke on career-defining, high profile projects across the South-East.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the commercial and operations teams in Romford Office.
- Assist the commercial manager on multiple high profile projects
- Get involved in the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final accounts
You will need:
- Professional Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Prior experience working on mid-to-large scale construction projects
- Prior experiene working for SME Main Contractors or Sub-contractors
- Proven cost management abilities
