A dynamic and well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy in London (near Liverpool St Station) is looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working closely with a QS Director, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of sectors. You'll be involved in the pre-contract & post-contract phase, assisting with drafting prelims, preparing tenders, and reviewing contract documents—all while building the skills needed to progress within the business.

Operating out of five strategic offices nationwide, the incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of schemes across the Hotel, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors from £1m - £120m.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 1 year+)
• Eager to work towards APC
• Basic pre and post contract experience
