Competitive Salary up to £50,000 plus Car/Allowance and package

The Company: Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge? Are you looking to reduce your daily commute? Our client is a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M1 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £40 million and operate within 3 key sectors: Leisure, Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature. Having recently secured 2 New Build projects with a contract value of £15 million each, it is an ideal time for the client to strengthen their Commercial Team with the introduction of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

About You:

1. Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million.
2. Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
3. Reside within commutable distance of Leicester.
4. Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
