The Company:
Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is actively seeking a new opportunity. They currently enjoy a turnover of £75 million and operate within a diverse range of sectors, focusing on Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with many of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature. Project values range from £5 million up to £20 million with schemes being procured on both a negotiated and competitive basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. About The Role:
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our building projects. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will develop, learn, and grow. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximize margin while enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality.

About You:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of East Midlands.
• Previous experience on Industrial or Multiroom projects (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
